Brambles Café and Delicatessen began as a simple idea to bring our traditional home and farm produce to the local community. Where possible, all our produce is organic and sourced locally. We aim to recycle and use recycled products. We Support the GM Free Ireland Campaign and Fair Trade. We believe that educating consumers about healthy food is important. We believe feedback is important.

In Brambles Bread, Scones, Chocolate Biscuit Cake, Carrot Cake, Caramel Slices, Coffee Sponge, Almond Slices and other sweet treats are baked daily. Homemade seasonal soups, quiches and deep-filled pies and sausage rolls have regulars coming back for more.

Gillian also sells her own duck eggs, lettuce, vegetables, fruit and lamb from her family farm alongside local produce including Derryvilla Blueberry products, our organic farm vegetables, Jerome Phair honey and local hen eggs.
